Breathing through winter with plants
Description
Plants of the respiratory system, reflexology points, breathing exercises — and two preparations to take home.
What we do together
We begin with the plants that herbalism has always associated with the respiratory system: how to recognise them, what they contain, how they are prepared.
Églantine then shows you the reflexology points that relate to them, and a few simple breathing exercises — the kind you go on doing at home without thinking about it.
Then we get our hands in: a plantain tincture and a poppy syrup, made from start to finish.
What you take home
Your plantain tincture, your poppy syrup, and the proportions to make both again at home.
