We blend them by hand, slowly, with tenderness and gentle intent
Our approach
Whole, then ground here
We take in whole spices and whole plants, and grind them here, finely, as we need them. A whole seed keeps its aromas; ground, it loses them fast. That is the only reason we go to the trouble.
The blends are made by hand, in small batches, following the seasons and whatever our growers bring us.
