Where we deliver
We currently ship to Belgium and France. If you are elsewhere and would like to order, write to us: we will see what is possible.
Collection in store
You can also collect your order at our counter, Rue Van Aa 36, 1050 Ixelles. The option appears at checkout, free of charge.
Allow two working days for preparation. We email you as soon as your order is ready; you then come and collect it during opening hours, with your order number.
Shipping costs
€8 for any order under €60.
Free from €60 of purchase.
Times
We pack parcels by hand once a week, on Monday. Your order therefore leaves on the first Monday following its confirmation.
Once the parcel has been handed over to bpost, allow one to two working days for Belgium and three to five days for France. These are bpost's times and we do not control them. But if your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, it is us you turn to: until you have it in your hands, the risk remains ours. Write to us and we will sort it out.
Changing your mind
You have fourteen days after receipt to tell us that you wish to return your order, without having to give a reason. A line to bonjour@placeauxplantes.be is enough.
You then have fourteen days to return the products to us, at your own expense, to the following address:

We refund you within fourteen days of receiving the return, or as soon as you provide us with proof of its dispatch.
What cannot be taken back
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
— goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
— sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, once they have been unsealed after delivery;
— goods made to your specifications, such as a custom-composed blend.
Any other product may be returned to us under the conditions described above.
Damaged parcel or non-conforming product
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if a product is not the one you ordered, write to us with a photograph. We will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.
