Where we deliver
We currently ship to Belgium and France. If you are elsewhere and would like to order, write to us: we will see what is possible.
Shipping costs
€8 for any order under €60.
Free from €60 of purchase.
Times
We pack parcels by hand once a week, on Monday. Your order therefore leaves on the first Monday following its confirmation.
Once the parcel has been handed over to bpost, allow one to two working days for Belgium and three to five days for France. These are the carrier's times and are no longer within our control once the parcel has left.
Changing your mind
You have fourteen days after receipt to tell us that you wish to return your order, without having to give a reason. A line to bonjour@placeauxplantes.be is enough.
You then have fourteen days to return the products to us, at your own expense, to the following address:

We refund you within fourteen days of receiving the return, or as soon as you provide us with proof of its dispatch.
What cannot be taken back
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot take back:
— products that have been opened or unsealed;
— products liable to expire rapidly;
— blends composed to measure at your request.
An unopened product in good condition is taken back without difficulty.
Damaged parcel or non-conforming product
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if a product is not the one you ordered, write to us with a photograph. We will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.
